Located on the main square at The Circle, Confiserie Bachmann from Lucerne is now offering its 127-year tradition of artisanal craftsmanship. The new location features an integrated bakery and chocolaterie. With this addition, the Confiserie expands The Circle’s culinary offering, which already includes over ten diverse concepts – ranging from take-away to fine dining.

Innovative Coworking Places
Last week, Novu Campus was celebrating its official opening at the southern end of The Circle. This innovative coworking concept spans three floors and offers flexible workstations, team offices, community areas, and spaces for meetings, workshops, and events. It also features quiet zones and a cozy coffee bar. Alongside existing coworking providers such as Spaces and The Circle Convention Center, Novu Campus contributes to the continued development of The Circle as a hub for shared workspaces.

Additional Office Tenants
Starting in early 2026, Atupri Health Insurance Ltd. will relocate one of its central corporate sites to The Circle. Atupri focuses on digital health solutions that enable simple and accessible healthcare services. Europe’s largest provider of business software, SAP, will also open the previously announced SAP Experience Center at The Circle in mid-2026. Customers and partners will be able to experience the company’s key applications firsthand. Starting this August, interested visitors can get a first glimpse through a SAP Pop-up Experience Center.

Today, more than 50 companies with a combined total of over 5,000 employees are based at The Circle. The occupancy rate exceeds 90 percent.
