Traffic Figures Zurich 

3,047,028 passengers were handled at Zurich Airport in September (+3.4% vs. previous year). The number of local passengers increased by 4.8% and transfer passengers decreased by -0.1%. The transfer rate, which was at 28.6% last September, is at 27.6% in the month under review.

In September, flight movements increased by 2.6% to 24,401 versus previous year.

Commercial Activities Zurich

Total turnover in September was CHF 56.7m (-0.8% vs. previous year). The decrease divides into +2.4% for airside and -5.6% for landside.

Traffic Figures International

At the international airports, the passenger count was as follows for the month under review:

• 405,209 at Florianópolis Airport (-5.5% vs. previous year)
• 343,869 at Vitória/Macaé Airports (+16.1% vs. previous year)
• 184,056 at Natal Airport (-7.9% vs. previous year)
• 232,416 at Antofagasta Airport (+6.7% vs. previous year)
• 131,940 at Iquique Airport (-7.0% vs. previous year)
