The bond has a coupon rate of 1.1775% p.a. and will mature in 15 years, with final redemption on June 25, 2040. Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG, Deutsche Bank AG and Zürcher Kantonalbank jointly led the transaction. An application has been submitted for listing the bond on the SIX Swiss Exchange (ISIN: CH1435012104).
