Traffic Figures Zurich 

2,470,257 passengers were handled at Zurich Airport in March (+4.9% vs. previous year). The number of local passengers increased by 2.3% and transfer passengers increased by 10.6%. The transfer rate, which was at 31.9% last March, is at 33.6% in the month under review.

In March, flight movements increased by 2.7% to 21,492 versus previous year.

Commercial Activities Zurich

Total turnover in March was CHF 47.5m (+2.2% vs. previous year). The increase divides into +6.4% for airside and -3.4% for landside.

Traffic Figures International

At the international airports, the passenger count was as follows for the month under review:

• 524,195 at Florianópolis Airport (+14.6% vs. previous year)
• 335,233 at Vitória/Macaé Airports (+17.9% vs. previous year)
• 225,058 at Natal Airport (+11.6% vs. previous year)
• 129,816 at Iquique Airport (-8.7% vs. previous year)
