Traffic Figures Zurich 

2,948,839 passengers were handled at Zurich Airport in April (+6.1% vs. previous year). The number of local passengers increased by 7.2% and transfer passengers increased by 3.3%. The transfer rate, which was at 27.7% last April, is at 26.9% in the month under review. 

In April, flight movements increased by 5.0% to 23,488 versus previous year. 

Commercial Activities Zurich

Total turnover in April was CHF 54.0m (+2.1% vs. previous year). The increase divides into +7.9% for airside and -5.8% for landside. 

Traffic Figures International

At the international airports, the passenger count was as follows for the month under review:

• 382,635 at Florianópolis Airport (-0.1% vs. previous year)
• 335,876 at Vitória/Macaé Airports (+10.8% vs. previous year)
• 218,655 at Natal Airport (+30.3% vs. previous year)
• 120,014 at Iquique Airport (-3.3% vs. previous year)
